Changing Mindsets Workshop

This introductory workshop is delivered over two days that can either be conducted back-to-back or spread over a 3-month period. The purpose of this workshop is to expand mindsets and the range of possibilities for the enterprise by enabling the following:

Creating a Baseline: Participants establish the baseline from which they will create and develop innovations that will be useful in positioning their business for the emerging low carbon economy.
Benchmarking against the Leaders: Participants benchmark the enterprise against the practices of twenty five of the leading innovators among the Global 500 companies.
Prioritizing Innovations: Participants learn how to apply the framework to classify, review and prioritize low carbon enterprise-related initiatives.

The workshop is designed to accelerate executives' learning from the experiences of Global 500 leaders. It will also increase their involvement in initiatives that will drive the enterprise's positioning in the low carbon economy.

Business Models Workshop

This advanced workshop is delivered over two days that can either be conducted back-to-back or spread over a 3-month period. The purpose of this workshop is to provide executives with an indepth understanding of the following:

Benchmarking: Participants benchmark the enterprise against how leading innovators in the world are building the business case for low carbon initiatives and creating new business models to transform existing businesses.
Model Building: Participants learn how to evaluate the business case and ROI models for key eco-initiatives that they are considering. Participants will also learn to assess extra financial factors such as employee retention, increased brand value, risk mitigation, carbon pricing and offsets, and the actions of competitors.
New Business Models: Participants learn how the low carbon enterprise can enable new business models in their industry, including an understanding of where the leverage points are for exercising leadership in their industry.

LCE Executive Workshop Series: Innovation for Growth
The LCE methodology includes a two-phased workshop series that progressively takes participants through the mindsets and models that are critical to implementing the low carbon enterprise. The workshops are delivered onsite to reduce employee travel and primarily target executives and managers who are driving the business for the emerging low carbon economy.
